• All payments must be made through our approved payment methods.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Refunds for prepayments will be processed according to our refund policy.

Pickovo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the service fees paid.

All content, logos, and trademarks on Pickovo's platform are owned by Pickovo and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda and applicable African regulations where the service is provided.
